We offer three levels: low intensity, medium intensity, high intensity. Low intensity boosts aerobic capacity and improves flexibility. Medium intensity builds the foundations for the movements used in boot camps. The lightened weights and intensity allow for anyone to participate. It's a good way to work up to the more intense and heavier high intensity interval training (HIIT) Boot Camp. The HIIT Boot camp is a great way to increase strength and flexibility, lose weight, and overall break through plateaus.
You'll use aerobic exercises, step routines, and body weight movements to build up your intensity. Additionally, you'll start working on core stabilization which improves your ability to perform everyday tasks. This 30 minute workout is a great heart pumping session perfect for lunch time, afternoon break, or after-work preparation for our higher intensity sessions.
